Using iLife's iPhoto to publish student work...

Presentation Concept: Created by English Teacher Greg Mcgough
This session will cover the use of iPhoto as a publication tool in the classroom, we will look at how to integrate a "Story Corp" themed book for your students. The writing component will look at using Paul Auster's "Story a Week to the American People" to inspire students to create a 350 to 450 word vignette on a personal story. iPhoto will allow us to combine powerful photographs with a student created story. Collections of student work can be ordered as a hardbound or paperback book for the school library.
